I don’t like the article that got delivered! Can I exchange it?
Within 30 days after receiving the products, you can send everything back on your own costs - equivalent to our RMA guidelines. Please be aware we do not cover or provide a return label - only in case of a wrong delivered item or in the instance of a damage during transport.
