Yes, we've made the decision to rejoin with our EU headquarters. Our last day of trading on this website will be 17 June 2026. Our physical store will also be closing, with the last day of trading on 22 July 2026.
You will still be able to shop all your favourite Dudes gear at dudes-factory.com.
Will you still be processing returns?
From 1 June 2026 we will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges on any items, all sales from this site will be final from 1 June 2026.
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Don’t accept the package. If accepted already, please get in contact with our customer support and you will be provided with further instruction.
What is the expected delivery time, once my order is sent?
Standard: 5 to 6 working days
Express: 2 to 3 working days
Where can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and transport company details after your parcel has been shipped.

How can I find the article I’m looking for?
Please use the search function on the top left corner of the website. If there is no match, get in contact with our customer support. The article might be from an older collection or is not stocked in the UK and would need to be ordered from dudes-factory.com
I don’t like the article that got delivered! Can I exchange it?
Before 1 June 2026 and within 30 days after receiving the products, you can send everything back on your own costs - equivalent to our RMA guidelines. Please be aware we do not cover or provide a return label - only in case of a wrong delivered item or in the instance of a damage during transport.
All sales after 1 June 2026 are final; we cannot process returns or exchanges after this date.
